Who are we even?
Our values
and why we started this
and why we started this
It all comes down to a school project.
Leo, Jeffrey and Chris created FantasyStudio three years ago in a small town in British Columbia, Canada. They met each other in their school's video production class. After working on several projects together, they were both fascinated by the process of turning an immature conception into motion pictures which everyone can enjoy. The co-founders came up with this YouTube channel where their team can post their daily lives as international students in Canada and share it with the rest of the world. Although the YouTube idea didn't end up well, but it turned into something even better. The small three-men YouTube channel has grown impressively in size. So what is FS now? We are a group of former Burnsview Secondary School students, specialized in event managements, film production and volunteer training, offering non-profit volunteer services for not-for-profit organizations across the province. Our objective was to share those small yet important ideas, not having them lost in today's over-complicated market. We wanted to connect the world, to connect people, and to connect our communities with videos that are meaningful and address things that matter. We believed that we can only gain a reputation by devoting ourselves with creativity, dedication, charity, and honest hearts. Though FantasyStudio has evolved over the years, the same beliefs that started the studio still drive it today. We are determined to stick to these courses and values, plainly because they are who we are. They have become a part of our identity that is inseparable. We want to do our best to assist non-profits in accelerating social reform. For the past two years, we've been telling stories that create change and influence people - to see and think differently about their lives and decisions. We were often asked why we decide to do what we do, doing everything for free instead of profiting from businesses. I guess the answer is simply that we care. We care about our communities; we care about our environment; we care about the future generations' educations; and we care about a fairer and more equal society. They are what drives us and what defines us. As a volunteer team, we truly believe that selfless services elevate us as individuals in the society, and it brings positivity to life. We've worked hard in the past three years, and we will continue to do so in the future. LCJ-FS Media | Volunteering
